    Dispensing valves are pneumatic and electric.

    Pneumatic dispensing valve consists of three parts: the cylinder, the valve body and the material cylinder. The cylinder and the valve body are separated by advanced sealing materials to prevent glue from invading the cylinder. The material cylinder and the air cylinder are connected to the main body of the dispensing valve to ensure concentricity with the air cylinder. The pneumatic cylinder is moved by a solenoid valve, thereby driving the center rod to move up and down, and using the center rod to move up and down to achieve the opening and closing of the glue. According to the different ways of opening and closing, it is divided into: plunger type dispensing valve, thimble type dispensing valve, lift type dispensing valve, spray dispensing valve, spray dispensing valve, different switching methods, applicable fluids It's different.

    The suction-type dispensing valve adopts an upward-moving glue-closing structure, which allows the glue to be sucked back and cut off at the same time when the glue is stopped, reducing the residual glue on the remaining needles, so that the dispensing does not cause dripping or drawing. The valve body is anodized by aluminum alloy. The sealing material is the latest PTFE material, and the contact colloid parts are all corrosion-resistant materials.

    The electric dispensing valve includes a pump body and a driving part, and is provided with a stator for easy installation. Adopting fixed rotor structure design, good sealing performance. The rotor and stator pairs form a self-sealing structure and are easy to replace. Through the directional rotation of the rotor in the stator cavity, the medium conveying function is realized. The conveying process does not have any influence on the performance of the medium. At the same time, the motor can be reversed to easily realize the media suction function, ensuring that the media and materials are clean, without drips and pollution!
